Well here it is the first day of October and I am excited with Halloween just around the corner. It got pretty cool last night and you can feel fall in the air. Wonderful time of the year. Football season is here and soon the trees will dazzle us with their multi-colored display of beauty…..

Good morning! Just a moment before diving into another busy day. I had several websites go down this morning and not sure if it is the hosting company or the install but I decided just to do 301 redirects to my main site until I have time to relaunch with the software I like with the hosting company that has always been there for me.

You may not understand what that technical internet stuff means but more or less, stick with what you know and what works. I decided to try another software and use a cheap website hosting company. I wanted to try something new and see if it would work. Plus it was cheaper.

Sure it is tempting to save a few bucks by trying something new but sometimes, the tried and true method is the best method. After all, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it is pretty good advice.

Cheaper is NOT always better…..

You get what you pay for…..

This applies to life, real estate, business or whatever….

Don’t be afraid to try news things, new methods or new companies/vendors/products. If they do not work better than the methods you have used in the past, do not be afraid to swap back.

Fear is a big reason why people fail. Fear to try new things, fear to admit they made a mistake when they did try something new. Fear to take chances. If you are going to make it in business, you must be able to conquer your fears.
